Look this might seem odd but with the clean air zones making getting to and from places difficult, the fact that it's right next to the train station is really useful, especially if you don't have much gear to take with you.

Rooms were clean and tidy and had a good pa system. AC is broken tho so avoid on a hot day

DON'T GO HERE!Worst ever experience in a studio considered to be professional. On 22/11/23 we booked an 8hrs session in a high spec room plus some equipment at the price of £350.After our first set up an electrical issue occurred, the staff tried to resolve this but in the end we've been moved to another room to continue our rehearsal.The second room wasn't soundproof and not even close to the quality of the one I booked for but the manager (a guy called Chris if I remember well) doesn't want to admit this.After the second setup we started in this second noisy room wasting 3 hours of my booking.We do ask for a refund and what we are offered is £62.50(!?) Which doesn't cover at all the 3 hours wasted and the fact that we are in a way worst room.The manager of this place is rude and doesn't care about the artists, also he's not able to understand the problems caused to the artists.You can't ask us to pay for equipment that we didn't use for 3 hours due to your technical problems. Or to pay the same amount of money for a terrible room.I won't delete this message until an acceptable refund is given.I did appreciate the guys in there trying to help us and understanding the situation better than the manager itself.The behaviour of the musicians of my band has been an example of professionalism and we also did tied up the room in the best possible way. We also have been accused of being homofobic later which is a disgusting and tacky way to get us to the wrong side. I do personally guarantee over each single person there being polite and respectful.

Wicked place! The studios are such amazing quality, sound proofing us the best ive ever seen. The staff are nice and the studio is spacious yet cosy and in a very good location!

We have been rehearsing at Terminal for about a year now, they are a great bunch of people and the rooms are really first rate. The equipment is fantastic and the rooms are well isolated. For the level of service and quality of the facilities, it's really good value for money.There are also loads of fantastic extra touches - the café upstairs, the on-site repair shop, the spares shop, the large storage cages. Every mic, lead, desk, monitor works first time. We love it here!

Really great Recording Studio at a reasonable price tucked away in Rotherhithe. The building isn't remarkable, however the studio itself is modern, clean and fresh. The sound proofing is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable too.Definitely worth a visit whether you are a beginner or expert. There are enough sound equipment available but you need to bring your own instruments and I would recommend you bring your own cymbals for the drum kit .

Great place with top-notch facilities. Operating one studio at a time during Covid.

No pricing information on website. When enquiring about prices, very sparse information given. Rude and passive aggressive responses when questions asked and feedback given. Our band just wanted a practice room but trying to book here is like pulling teeth.

Avoid these guys! Twice they’ve cancelled last minute on us because of power outage, once before a gig. I’ve yet to see the refund which they’ve three times lied and said they’re sending it. Countless emails and phone calls and still no answer. Completely unreliable.

Amazing. The rooms, gear and staff are all top-shelf and very accommodating to every request.Highly recommend!
