A1 Holloway Car, Van & Minibus Rental in London

Spoke to these guys, booked over the phone and picked the van up the next day.Got a Vauxhall lwb, was clean and drove well.I did more than the included mileage but had asked beforehand and excess mileage is pretty cheap.Highly recommended, no issues at all.

we have hired a 17 seater minibus twice from this company and had well above average experience. one time the battery was a bit dodgy ,the mechanic said it should be ok after driving some distance, but it wasn't. He should have known better. it wouldn't start after filling up and had to call the office .Send a person out within an our with a new battery. Had PCN for staying over the limit time at the petrol station but that got sorted v.quickly.2nd time we had a slight misshape with the wheel arch trim and slightly under fuelled when we returned the minibus. I thought I might loose my excess of 500.00 and wondered how much they will charge for extra fuel. but to my surprise , I didn't get charge for anything. Thanks for that because I had taken youngsters to Yorkshire for trekking and that extra cost would have hurt their pockets.Its only four star from me due to the battery incident and 2nd time someone in the office told me that I would have to pick up on Friday because of the bank holiday weekend and they don't open on Saturday, which is not true, and will cost me more.

Second time I've used these guys. Amazing service. Fantastic value. I accidentally caused some damage to their van door (completely my fault) and because they felt they'd be able to repair it they didn't even charge me. Nothing like the other rental companies.

I rented a medium car for a family trip, and got an amazing Ford Focus. The car was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. Will use again for sure!

Brilliant service Booked a transit the day before. Was running late but they were very understanding on the phone and said no problems. Amin and Vaz were great when we picked the van up and when we returned it. The third gentleman (whose name I didn't get) helped explain the van features and also helped us to understand how much fuel to put in after we had used it. Inspection after the hire was smooth. Made the whole experience simple and easy. Thank you chaps! We'll definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I had a terrible experience this time using A1 Holloway Rental. I booked a 7 seater car, making the booking itself 3 months ago for a family holiday, but with only 3 days to go until pickup, A1 contacted me to say they had 'double booked' and were giving the car to someone else. I had to scramble round other rental companies to find another car at much more expense due to the late notice. I will NEVER use this company again.

Helpful nice people who rented me a car at a moment's notice. Car was good. Clean and ran well. They also had no issues with me extending rental by a day over the phone.
