Extremely rude on the telephone, communication was poor and they were generally very unhelpful. There are many other window companies providing the slimline double-glazing now who are far more helpful and a joy to deal with. I would not recommend this company at all!!!

We have recently moved to Slenderpane as our glass supplier.They are extremely helpful people.Understand their industry second to none.And are all very nice.All the boxes are ticked for me.Our previous supplier had really lost sight of the ball. So a huge breath of fresh air with the Slenderpane team.

I'm 25yrs in construction; I have to say these are the best quality units I've used. Expensive but worth the extra. What does it cost to replace a sealed unit that is blown? Very happy, thank you. Service is excellent also!
