Toms Taxi Service

We called last minute the night before and he was so accommodating. Apparently it was his day off but he still booked us and showed up right on time! We are so appreciative of him making time for us!

Great service from the Tom’s Taxis team. We used them a couple of times when in Richmond for a wedding and we’d definitely use them again if we were back in the area. Both drivers we had were very friendly and good chat.

Visited Richmond over the weekend and used Tom’s taxi services on 4 occasions in that time. He was very polite and offered a prompt and excellent service. It was easy to book, they came on time and were very pleasant. Next time I’m in the area I have his number and will definitely be using them again.

Toms Taxis do a great friendly service, picked up 3 Coast2Coast walkers at the agreed place, with the time staying flexible. Great communications by phone and text; no change to the price despite us being a tad muddy :-) nice people

Had a couple of trips with Tom in the last few days, and spent about 2hrs in the car with him in total.He was always on time to collect and super responsive to my text messages to book him.He wore a mask at all times and didn't need to be reminded or asked -- I wish more taxi drivers would take a leaf out of his book.I'm a chatty person, and we had a great conversation. Don't get me wrong - I don't think Tom is the kind of person who will talk your ear off in an annoying way if you get a taxi with him - but I enjoyed hearing his perspective on things, and he gave me fantastic advice when I asked. He came across as a genuinely great person and it was a pleasure to spend time with him.Highly recommended - top bloke.

We booked a taxi to go home after coming back from a long trip and was hoping to be home but would of had to wait for another 40 minutes for it out in the freezing cold after both agreeing to meet at a particular time and never being there and we just cancelled on him and broke his verbal contract and went up to galway knowing he had a pickup at 9:30 he is not trustworthy and reliable
