J'aime Sports Therapy

I have been using JST for a number of years and wouldn’t fail to recommend. Both Jaime and Rob are very skilled in what they do. They have helped me with back and shoulder problems with care extending to home exercises to continue the recovery.

Had a treatment with Jaime today, she is very knowledgeable, found her quite unique, she seems to look at the body as a whole and not just where the pain is, I went with hip pain on right hand side but she advised it was because of a weakness on the left side and she is starting me on a rehab program with exercises. Looking forward to my next appointment. Very professional, would highly recommend to anyone

I have struggled with chronic pain for a while, and didn’t know what I needed to fix it. I had a consultant session with Rob, who was able to talk me through my issues straight away. From following sessions, I have seen massive improvement, and plan to continue the physio to help me fully improve!

Jaime is incredibly knowledgable and excellent at explaining why I am in pain and why she is treating the condition in the way that she is. She is also really professional and friendly.

Another Excellent treatment. I have been a regular client for 10 years now, I do not use anyone one else and refuse to see a physio provided by the NHS I gladly pay Jaime for her expertise. Jaime is extremely knowledgeable and her understanding of body mechanics is phenomenal. I have lost count how many times she has help me recover from injuries that have required surgery, to plain and simple muscle fatigue. What gem she is.

I've been going to Jaime for almost a year now due to a bad back and various other chronic aches & pains. My job is very physically demanding and was taking a huge toll on my body. I've noticed more and more since seeing Jaime that my body is coping a lot better with the demands of work.As well as making a huge difference to my ability to work, Jaime is always a great pleasure to spend time with. She's both professional and warm & friendly. She obviously takes care to make sure that all of her clients feel at ease and recognises that different personalities/neuro divergent folk have different needs and styles of communication.

Rob has been amazing with my 9 year old daughter. She is a gymnast and has been having a lot of knee trouble. Rob quickly found the problem and explained it so clearly. The sessions have made such a difference to her. She is already back to training and feeling less pain.

My 14 year old son is extremely active, regularly taking part in a variety of sports. He started complaining of leg pain so I took him to see Jaime who with her vast knowledge pin pointed the issue She works closely with him sharing her expertise.We can honestly say it’s made such a difference. Jaime is extremely professional and knowledgeable and has made such a difference to my sons active life style.

Don't be fooled by the name of the business. J'aime Sports Therapy has been working with my disabled husband whose prognosis from the Doctor wasn't good. Can highly recommend you get in touch if you have any problems where physiotherapy could make a difference. Where there was previously despair there is now hope and the difference in his walking and the reduction in his pain relief is fantastic. Jamie has made a huge difference and we'll be forever grateful.
