I contacted Cycles UK Maidstone about a repair for my road bike which, at the time of calling, was fairly urgent as there was a little over 10 days before I was due to take part in a triathlon. They booked an appointment for the following week, but suggested that I drop the bike into them a few days earlier so they could look at what was needed and order in any parts ready to work on my bike. As there were a few different possible fixes, they contacted me and explained my options, provided quotes and advised me what they thought was best, but without being at all pushy. After deciding the best way forward, I received a text message towards the end of the day on which my bike was booked, telling me the job had been completed. I collected my bike the following day. All in all, I was really happy with the service. The team was really helpful and knowledgeable. I'd happily go back, and would recommend them for anyone's cycling needs.
