Brilliant solution moving a house.I used services of Lok'nStore Oldbury for the first time when I moved from my old place to a new one. I had to manage it within a relatively short period of time, and I din't want that my new place will feel too busy before I put all my stuff in place.Everything with Lok'nStore Oldbury worked absolutely efficiently. The team is very experienced in what people need when moving houses, which can be quite stressful. I was pleasently surprised about the professional approach and even more about the storage spaces. I expected quite dull environment, but I found really clean storage area, with all needed equipment which was very helpful moving boxes around. Everywhere is security system, which gave me great confidence that my stored items are on a safe place.I wanted to say a big thank you to all staff members for the great professional approach.I will definitely use your services in the future again.

I recently secured a 35 sq.ft storage space at Lok'n Store Oldbury for my small eBay/Amazon business. Sometimes, lower prices can be indicative of lower quality, and investing a bit more often ensures better quality.The staff at Lok'n Store is exceptionally friendly, polite, and there's no high-pressure sales pitch. They are always willing to go the extra mile, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.The facility itself is impressive – it's bright, clean, and offers a variety of storage unit sizes, all fully insured. This has created a secure environment for storing my company's stock, and I'm confident I can upgrade to a larger unit as my business grows. It's much more convenient than constantly moving stock between different locations.Lok'n Store also offers flexible opening hours, allowing access seven days a week, and they provide free parking. This ensures I have on-demand access to my stock.One of the standout features is their transparency regarding costs. There are no hidden fees or extra charges for receiving parcels onsite for my business.The onsite facilities are excellent as well. They have a good supply of clean, heavy-duty platform trolleys for transferring stock, and the modern toilets are well-maintained and clean.I would like to express my gratitude and give kudos to the hardworking staff at Lok'n Store Oldbury. Thank you, Lowse, Stacey, and Dave; you are truly the best!
