Absolute con, shame I can't put no star at all.I sent my phone 6 weeks ago, it was apparently 'lost' by Royal Mail. I was promised £260 for an iPhone 6, like new. I end up having to chase this up all the time, and never get any update. After 3 emails, I was told that they had to make another claim to Royal Mail, and that my phone would not be insured for more than £100, whenever this can get sorted (up to another two months!!)I alos have to say that I sent my phone using the provided tracked prepaid postage.To summarise, STAY AWAY!

Do not use i was quoted up to £50 then email said it was a computer error and price was upto £33 then told my phones speaker is distorted and offered £16 rejected sent to mazuma and just been paid £30 full working price absolute con avoid

Pretty shabby. I described the phone as locked to other network but in full working condition and was quoted £42. I received an email a week later offering £4.12 due to the phone being locked to another network? They also said the sim tray was water damaged...which it isn't. I emailed them for further details...No response! Beware.

Basically, I must have been mad using this outfit. I urge anybody to think again before getting involved with these people.
