Very patient and profession driving instructor. I had previously had issues with other instructors but Ray helped on my track to passing my practical. I would recommend Ray to anyone wishing to gain their license.

At the beginning of my lessons, I felt comfortable and relaxed as it's been a while since I have had driving lessons and Ray seemed fine. I get really anxious sometimes and I need a patient Driving Instructor. I was assured that I didn't have to worry about anything as everyones been a learner and made mistakes. HOWEVER, it changed massively. I was only having 40-50 minutes when I paid for a full hour, I felt like I was ferrying him around" as he told me to pull over whilst he went in an off licence to buy tobacco and to go collect a relatives belongings from their house. He also wasted 10 minutes of my lesson by booking in another pupil and smoked cigarettes whilst I was on my lessons. (Things he should have done in HIS OWN TIME) He really knocked my confidence and made me feel uncomfortable to the point I just wanted to get out the car and walk home. I couldn't focus properly on my other lessons because of this. (I had paid upfront so couldn't cancel) spoke to me like I was some kind of animal and something he had just stood in. He became really agressive and unprofessional towards me so I quit and I'm learning with an even better instructor!"

Suppose to have had a lesson on 23rd march at 10am he dodnt even give me notice that he was ill talk about wasting my time getting ready for a lesson to ring him up to only be told he too ill very bad customer service (ray) you dont expect to be shouted at felt like wanting to get out the car finally fout else where that am actually learning to drive without disappointment !!! I uyWouldnt reccommend any one

With Kerrys, i passed first time with no hassle, the instructions were clear, the instructors were friendly, always on time for lessons, and the decent price was a bonus.

Doesn't even deserve a star rang up gave me a lesson for half ten the next week came to it they didn't turn up!!! So rang them up he made out that there were no details ofMine in.. But it was him who booked me in then arrange one for the next day half nine. The didn't come so I rang up again and he stayed he's made a mistake or something.. Which was just lies then the next one was week a half!! Ridiculous

Out of a few possible schools, choosing Kerrys to teach me was a great choice, the instructor was a kind and friendly person, who always showed up on time. Passed after 2nd attempt, even after the first fail, they kept me motivated and helped me work through the areas where i went wrong.
