Staff very rude on my first visit & telling me I went to the wrong place because they couldn't initially find my prescription. I had to argue repeatedly they had it, which they did. They're also unable to obtain some often prescribed items from their supplier so not the best chemist to use anyway since you might have to travel elsewhere based on your prescription needs.Every month I have to make multiple trips and phone calls to get my entire prescription, even with a week or more notice they failed to order enough to fill my prescription and I had to go back a third time.Recently staff who are not dispensing/checking decided they have some authority to question me about my medication & prescription, in front of all the other customers, as if they have more knowledge of my requirements than my GP or the pharmacist dispensing as per the GP issued prescriptions. And what happened to patient confidentiality? Since I also now have information about someone else's medical requirements as the same staff member questioned a different customer while I was in the shop.If I was able to travel further to a different chemist I would, I'd recommend others do the same tbh. Unless you don't mind everyone knowing your personal information as they loudly question you about it.

I do not recommend one bit. One woman who works here is very Rude, every time she answers the phone she doesn't ask for details and tries to dismiss everything I say before I even express the problem,which is normally to do with my tablets being late or not even on there system(which happens every week)
