Staff are very welcoming and friendly

They haven't been delivering any post for weeks and they don't know what's going on... and no has got me with a response.... Whats going on with RM is beyond me !?

When open the staff are always pleasant and helpful, and you can drop parcels off at the depot as well as collect missed ones.However, only being open 8am-10am Monday-Friday (8am-12pm Saturday) is just ridiculous. Maybe not so bad for collecting parcels as you can organise to pick them up from the Post Office over the road, but if you’re sending something tracked 24/48 and MUST drop it off at a depot, you best not have a full time job because it will make it impossible.

Great staff, always happy to help. I had a parcel that wasn't yet attempted delivery, they took my details and got back in touch as soon as they got some light on it.

Great for dole spongers,useless for workers.only open 8am-10am...despite advertising online as open until 1pm..and even then,its shut midweek..another great service gone to ruins

I know its difficult times but could anyone update the website with the opening times? I work everyday and ive just been to collect a parcel at 11:03 and it was shut.The site says 12pm and theirs a notice on the door which say 11am which isint helpful at all.We appreciate you must be pushed to your limits but it was the only time I could get in and not knowing times your open is frustrating.

Today I was met with a very rude woman who answered the phone, after it had been ringing for ages, at our local coleshill depot. She had an attitude from the off. Was more interested in disagreeing and arguing about my problem with a parcel that had been, against my instructions, left there and not at my home. If she'd been nice and said 'im sorry about that' I would have been ok but she was so snotty and defensive it left me very upset. She didn't see me as a customer but as someone to win an argument with. Someone with such poor customer service skills should not be allowed to deal with the public st all.
