Boots Pharmacy

This 1 star is being genres!Always have trouble with the monthly repeat medications , they always blame the g.p !Emergency medicine was sent over on by the time I walked from doctors to pick it up they had closed went this morning and it says closed until further notice!!!!No having to go back to the g.p …ppl of tilbury should stop using this place .. I have moved all my meds from now on the Essex on civic square

I would like to know why prescriptions are never ready anymore? When someone comes in to collect everybody has to wait for them to be made up and if someone has more than one to collect it takes absolutely ages. There should be 2 different counters one for prescriptions and other for shopping/online orders otherwise you could spend half your day waiting.

I get my prescription here i'm not really someone that gets sick a lot and i dislike calling the doctor due to not being able to get an appointment but there is always a time that i need to pick something up. Boot is right after the traffic lights and sits right in the corner. The place is small and can fill up quickly on most given days. The people that work there do there best and try to not keep people waiting but it does sometimes happen. I myself had to wait 20 minutes to pick up some pills but i got to see first hand that people do not like waiting and they can get pretty upset and short with those working at Boots. I have to say they still smile and say they are sorry and don't lose their cool when i think many of us would. While I dislike waiting, myself but getting angry at people trying to help seems a little silly. Every time I've been in they do there best to help and are very polite. I've had no reason to really moan apart from the wait and crowds but that's not something they can help when they are flat out themselves behind the till.

Don't bother trying to phone Boots Tilbury as they never pick up thier phone.

It's a joke at the moment my husband qued for 25 minutes in the cold and gave up in the end it takes so long to get your medication. We are elderly people and can't keep going backwards and forwards to there so now changing my chemist

Quick service and friendly staff

Elder lady behind counter short blonde hair, no manners, never says please or thank you or even goodbye as you walk away from counter no matter how pleasant you have been to her, also seems irritated by children. very slow at finding prescriptions and generally just paying you attention, would rather stand scribbling on paper before even acknowledging you standing there. Completely rude and never experienced this in other boots stores! Other staff memebers are a joy here.

Absolutely fantastic service and extremely helpful and friendly staff wish I could say the same about dock pharmacy and the shocking service I received from them

Everytime I go for my prescription it's never ready always to be rechecked, sit and wait half hour or come back another so annoying when your disabled and have to keep making journeys in vain, will change pharmacy's after I go bk tomorrow to get as didn't have pharmist to check it today

Pharmacist refused to make up a prescription for a 90 year old for prescribed anti biotics prescription, because they where apparently to busy.Was told to try elsewhere.Disgraceful. Avoid at all cost..
