Very helpful people and upgraded my repeater GB3MN whilst I waited (arrangedin advance). Now a very busy repeater in Fusion mode covering Manchester and Cheshire.

Older radios ñot taken on for repairs .Can understand, but disappointed.

Good service for radio repairs

The service from this company was absolutely first class and amazing. My VHF came with a three year warranty and it was within a few months of the expiry. They honoured it without quibble, as of course they should but so often these days, companies try to wriggle out of it by blaming the customer. I use my radio regularly and thought I had no hope of getting it back very quickly but I sent it off on Tuesday and it was back with me, fixed, by the weekend. I have nothing but praise for Adie who handled my enquiry. He was friendly and helpful and I really couldn't ask for more. In view of the support I received I will never buy anything other than a Standard Horizon in the future. There may be slightly cheaper brands around but it is a totally false economy. Low reliability and total lack of accountability. Avoid if possible.
