I recently visited the atelier in London to buy a gift for my gf and had a great experience. Staff are really nice and took me through their entire collection as I didn’t know what to get. I ended up purchasing a C39 watch, which my girlfriend really liked. I’ll definitely make another appointment when I decide to buy my next watch as I really appreciated the service.

Absolutely terrible! They’ve had my watch now for repairs for over 2 months and I have tried to contact them but no replies. I’ve paid £60 for repairs!! I’ve only had the watch for 2 years! I have no idea where my watch is! The company that I paid and repaired my watch told me they sent it back to Uniform Wares for testing? That is now about 6 weeks ago! They don’t seem to have a customer service department! If I don’t get my watch back soon I feel I have to report them as they’ve taken my watch and my money! Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I bought two watches from UW, lovely timepieces, however the strap has broken and I need a new pin. I've emailed and messaged on Facebook for the last TWO MONTHS and nobody has replied to any of my messages. Utterly disgraceful, avoid.

Good design but poor quality, especially considering the price. After 4 years of occasional wearing some of the hour marks detached from the dial. A request to the customer support for a repair or replacement remained unanswered. Personally I will never buy a watch from Uniform Wares again, in particular given that many other brands offer watches with similar designs but for one third of the price with at least the same level of quality.

I've been a fan of the brand for quite sometime (since the brand first started in fact in 2009). I've always had fond memories of the Uniform Wares watches and remember seeing one of the 203 series watches (Gun Metal) on a colleagues wrist. It was immediately love at first sight - I really liked the aesthetics of the watch face. So my partner at the time brought me the 203 Rose Gold. Over the last 8 years - I have acquired well over 10 of the Uniform Wares watches - however in the last 2 years or so my feelings towards the watches have been a bit mixed. I really liked the idea behind the brand and enjoyed watching it grow. However the quality of the watches are somewhat lacking. With at least 4 of the Uniform Wares watches I have the hour markers have fallen off and I have to get them repaired a few times. I could understand if I was very active and careless, where the watch would receive shock damage - but it seems that they come undone overtime naturally. I'm pretty sure the reason why the remainder of Uniform Wares watches in my collection haven't suffered from the same issue is because I don't wear them as much. Then again my thoughts about brand could reflect my current growth and understanding about watches where I pay closer to value proposition of a brand's products. Overall I think if you're looking for a watch that is aesthetically pleasing then Uniform Wares watches are a good go to brand - however please be warned about the quality of watches. On a side note - their office and shop in Shoreditch is nice and the staff are really friendly!

I have two beautifully crafted Uniform Watches since 2010. The straps are sturdy and well made, and after nine years of wearing them continuously!! I just recently replaced both straps 3 weeks ago. And sharp, classic, understated, graphically crafted, beautifully chic watchmakers.

I have 3 Uniform Ware watches, a 37, 40 and 42. All are amazing and commented on by friends and people I meet often. The service is great and the watch straps even smell of whatever type lovely stuff is they spray on them 2 years later! Most classy and understated watches out there!

The watch is beautiful my husband used to love it but the straps are expensive to replace, some of the markers have fallen off the dial but they were fixable.Sadly the watch gains time when its worn - I'm thinking about getting it fixed by Uniform Ware but is it worth it?

Good product (hence I gave 2*) but awful customer service:* Originally my email was ignored for a week, I only got a reply when commenting on an Instagram post. They seem eager to resolve only when someone comments on their social media posts to save face.* Out of date website with incorrect delivery info.* Paid £7 for UK domestic Next Day delivery. Got an Instagram message saying it wasn't collected!Shame because the witches are nice but I would look elsewhere.

Bought several watches for my husband from Uniform Wares over the years and have really liked the watches themselves. Unfortunately, one broke recently and they have not responded to a single message (email, Instagram dm) for months. The website promises a repair service if within warranty - this clearly not the case. Very disappointed in the company
