Good range of equipment, helpful informative staff, directly adjacent to the cafe. Has clothes, shoes, books, and pretty much all you could need. Little bit expensive, but good quality.

If you expect the £20 shoe discount (as part of your membership perks), don't buy them through this shop (I learnt this the hard way :((Staff I've dealt with are nice though, in difficult conditions.)

Highly recommended.I went here to get my first pair of climbing shoes. I was helped by Emmet, a super knowledgeable climber who was patient and found about 10 pairs of shoes for me to try on. He wasn't trying to upsell at all and in the end recommended one of the cheaper pairs of shoes.I spent an hour trying on shoes and didn't feel at all rushed to buy.A fab experience!

Staff were happy to help with any questions or queries, were really friendly and knew their stuff. The shop has a huge range of products from clothing, shoes suitable for all levels of climbers and even equipment for climbing outdoors. Would highly recommend anyone in who is nearby pops in for a look!

Very helpful staff and good advice for when i was purchasing my first pair of shoes. Literally tried on 10 pairs and the staff was only happy to help.
