Technician quite quick but pleased with the result. He compared each finger on each hand to make sure they were the same length.

I love coming here i do my nails there all the time the staff are very nice.I just got good things to say about them.

The staff have changed since I was last there. I got the older male, not the one with tattoos on his neck. He was very rough, in such a hurry, it actually unsettled me. There was no hand massage, which is what I look forward to. The nail varnish was poorly applied, patchy. I would go back, but this time I would ask for another member of staff. Please can you speak to this staff member and tell him to go gentle with women’s hands, to calm down and to include a hand massage. For some women, it’s the only time they have to relax. Even though they are £10 cheaper than other nail bars, I think I may try out another place and compare the two.

Had gel nails painted today on my fingernails and disappointed overall. Cost me £22 and the shape is hideous. I had to keep telling him to correct it and in the end I just gave up. No cuticle oil used and not wiped. I was just left there with the UV light and then told from afar “all done”. Just not a nice experience or service and my nails definitely don’t look £22 worth.

LEFT WITH CUTS IN MY TOES AS THE GUY WAS RUSHINGReally bad service i went in today at 17:30 and ask them for colour in my toes something simple the guy was rushing and not doing the job properly what i wanted then i asked him to fix it the owner approached talking nonsense when i told him what was hapepning being rude and swearing ! Bad service

The worst nail experience ever! Asked the staff if he could redo it because it doesn’t look anything like what I asked for (showed in the picture as reference) and his reply was “he is too busy customers are waiting so he won’t do it again!” Also said it was an hour he spent on my nails (in reality was only 30min) so I should be paying him for his time and to take his bad job too. Then I offered to wait and pay some extra but he refused and basically told me to go with those horrible nails. I guess u wanna get ur nails done and be happy not feel embarrassed to even walk around with them…! So now I need to spend somewhere else to take this off and get them done! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Third time I came here. Today, I had my nails done by Ben and he did an amazing job!

As I walked in, everyone was very welcoming, ensuring me feel comfortable. The salon had very friendly staffs who did an amazing professional job, better than any places . The price is reasonable and definitely worth it, I've never been so satisfied!! Thank so much for my fabulous nails!!!
