This was a great place to eat. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a great day and Jordan a member of the team there was very good and took the time to allow my 3 year old to order his on food. would very much recommend to everyone

Mixed bag. I’m only saying what I’ve experienced so here goes.Called in closed season on a quiet Monday night in November.Overstretched yet friendly and attentive staff (even if getting the bill proved to be a long wait!) portions have decreased in size, prices have increased in size as is the standard.The haddock was fried fresh to order and this was nice. Chips on the cool side / a bit dry. Had better but equally had worse.Curry sauce disgusting & for £2.45 would’ve expected better.Mushy peas absolutely fine.£4.19 for a large glass of sprite was mounting on the verge of extortion!The premises were clean, decorated in a modern and funky way and the location is super. Just seems lacking in atmosphere and a brand that seems to have taken a sad declineWouldn’t be in a hurry to return.

Fish and chips with beans and a pot of tea.Our first time experience in Harry Ramsdens.However, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary weekend in Blackpool, this experience could have been so much worse for my husband.Beautiful plate of food until my husband came across something that shouldn't have been in his food.We were given an apology and a discount off the price of the meal.But I'm very disappointed that this had to happen.

Wouldn't even waste your time, the que may be long but that's because the staff are to busy chatting among them selves. We saw many people leave after waiting what felt like a life time. Staff didn't look interested or like they wanted to be there.We left hungry and found a very nice fish and chip shop round the corner, Who not only had a quick service with a smile but the food was delicious and easy on the pocket.Harry Ramsdens - you need to get your act together.

Debbie, Jordon and Tom made this a wonderful experience for us. We booked through Wowcher for the afternoon tea. From entering the restaurant where we were met by Jordon waited on by all three named staff who made it a memorable afternoon experience.Food excellent would highly recommend as we did so after leaving restaurant. We cannot wait to return.

Such a brilliant place to have your tea. The queue at teatime was only 15 minutes to wait for a table and 45 minutes to get served and your food delivered to you. It didn't feel that long. It felt like 25 minutes from sitting down, being served to getting your hot, delicious food. I had the Haddock and it was absolutely beautiful. For my pudding, i opted for the gooey, chocolate fudge cake, it was heavenly lol. I will be back in August even though the queue will be longer as I only went last weekend, Saturday 4th November. The atmosphere was excellent and the waitress service was top notch too. 5 star rating.

Absolutely 10 out of 10 customer service tonight! Me and my partner came for my birthday tonight, from entering the door too leaving we was served by Joel. He was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make it a special day (he even came out with a complimentary cake for my birthday). I can’t thank him enough, best customer service Iv had in here for a long time. Food was great and service was great, thank you!

Went for Afternoon tea. See pictures.I wanted a bit more fish. Otherwise the food was nice. Desserts were excellent. Our waitress Necoya was brilliant. Very attentive nothing too much trouble:)

Nice crispy fish , chips were nice enough, but there were some hard clippings , peas were nice, but the Curry sauce was too watery and not very warm .
