My family have been coming down to Pembrokeshire since the 1990s and have often been into Haven Sports. Haven Sports is a well designed shop with plenty of reputable products, however about 4 years ago I purchased some flip flops from Haven Sports of a well known brand and the flip flops failed at the toe piece within 2 weeks. I reported this when I next visited Haven Sports showing the owner Ian (who I knew from previous years when he sold me a Windsurfer at West Wales Windsurfing as it was then in Dale), could not have been less interested, he said that he hadn't seen such an occurance on any other flip flops and wouldn't enter into any more conversation about them.

My Wife and her friend were refused access to this shop yesterday because they had no masks despite being disabled and wearing badges. They lost out on a £40 sale for a pair of shorts. Discrimination= loss of business and poor reviews.

Don't know where to start....OK these guys are from heaven...Honest friendly and such good folk.... I bought many items for me and my family and on my return to England, I found my sons gift a little small ... so I told them over the phone and OMG how amazing that they excepted my return I sent back.... but they even reserved me the same t shirt in the correct size and sent it back free"It's hard to find companies who care and are good folk..... its also hard to make everyone happy..... but they made my trip to Wales such a success and made me and my wife feel so lucky we meet them.Good luck to the team and may there kindness continue"

Stumbled upon this gem whilst on holiday in Pembrokeshire. This is the best equipped and most knowledgeable and welcoming surf shop I have been to. Excellent advice re SUPs, kayaks and surf boards. They also have a great selection of clothes and I bought a beautiful dress. Will definitely be visiting again. Thanks Haven Sports!

Love the stuff in this shop hence why I always return spending £150 pounds on my last visit. I don't find staff very friendly and I find they always intensely look at you the whole way around the shop making no attempt to make convo so its a weird experience . Really not child friendly!!! Shame it's not a kind, friendly character at the till because the shop is lush and I would be inclined to spend more.

Went to buy a wetsuit for the Wife, really helpful. Having never purchased a wetsuit before We were unsure about sizes, the assistant estimated and selected two wetsuits, both fitted exactly, very impressed. Very reasonably priced. Highly Recommended.

What a brilliant shop and team. Excellent range of kit. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, who are clearly passionate about the stock they have and the range of sports. Bought a paddle-board after researching online, but online is never the same as going into a place like this and seeing the boards and kit and getting expert help and advice and tips from such a well run local shop.

Absolutely love this place. Brilliant place to hire and buy wetsuits along with other surfing water sporting goods. Staff are so helpful and easy to deal with nothing is to much. Highly recommend. Also sell sex wax car air fresheners love these :)
