We needed a replacement forklift for our ageing Hyster which has been brilliant. We were after either a budget new one or a good secondhand one. We decided to buy a new Samuk from elsewhere, but the shipping time went from 4 to 6 weeks to 4 months. Second hand ones from other local dealers were totally misdescribed and overpriced. We were after a good tidy truck not a battered piece of junk.We decided to try Briggs. After being messed around elsewhere I gave Phil Hardware from Briggs a hard time. I did apologise to him for this. Due to covid we were buying blind from them, but I knew if we were not happy we were in safe hands. Phil from day one filled me with confidence that we were dealing with a reputable company. We were, Phil totally exceeded our expectations, he worked hard finding the right mast and truck for us. We bought a lovely 3 ton Yale truck from him. This truck is far superior to the other brands we have tested. We were so happy with the service that we bought a second Yale forklift from him. This time a 2.5 ton with a cab to keep us dry. This was mainly a backup.My advice buy from the professionals 'Briggs' not the cowboys. Thanks Phil and Jordan for an outstanding professional service.

Without a doubt, THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Best of luck getting what you order from these clowns. order one thing, expect to receive anything but that, then they'll tell you that you don't actually want what you ordered but what they sent you, which are 2 very different things!Would've given 0 stars, but google won't let me!
