Excellent and prompt service after we were let down by another taxi company who took our booking and payment then cancelled the booking without informing us. Eagle Cars came to the rescue!

Told my taxi would be 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later I rang and said it was two minutes away. 40 minutes later I rang and it was 3-4 minutes away and when I raised that they had said similar to me before the man on the phone was very rude. An hour later I received a msg to say it had arrived but I had already gone with another firm. I understand they are busy on a Saturday night but just be honest and polite!!

Pre booked and paid for a taxi back from Nottingham. Kept me waiting for over 40 minutes saying the driver was 4min away. Then told me he was driving round lost for 45mins. no car was ever despatched. Avoid at all costs

I just wanted to leave a good review for this taxi company,because they are reliable and the taxi driver I got was really nice.I actually forgot my phone in the taxi in the rush to my train and I rang them quickly from some else’s phone and the taxi was there in 2 minutes ,he came so speedy and was so kind and nothing was a bother! And plus very affordable prices! Highly recommend over Uber!!

By far the best taxi company in Derby. Used them Friday to get back to Burton. Left my wallet inside the cab. Woke up Saturday couldn’t remember who I used let’s say it was a good night. Rang me Sunday morning saying there have my wallet. Fantastic big thanks

We booked a taxi for a return from the airport and the guy that dropped us off originally said to ring the day before and make payment for the journey back. We rang, and no payment was needed. We land and wait 10 minutes over it being due and I ring them for them to tell us they havnt sent it as no payment was received. Absolutely shocking service! Do not use!

Booked an airport pickup 12 days in advance and called to confirm again the day before, was all confirmed and no advance payment was asked for. Arrived at the airport at 23:30, waited over 10mins past pickup up time, called to find out where the driver was and rudely got told as we did not make payment the day before they weren't picking us up, despite admitting it was their staff that made the mistake they still refused to send a car to collect us. Person on the phone was extremely rude, poor customer service, terrible experience, would not recommend.
