Such wonderful service. I was so worried that I'd damaged my car as I'd scraped the bottom of it. Kwik fit looked at the bottom of my car straight away and test drove it. Thankfully it was fine but my oil was low. They topped it up for me free of charge which was really kind.Really grateful for such amazing service and kindness. Thank you so much.

I have just come out of Kwik fit in Swinton with a flat. And running late all the staff we're really friendly and professional, they discovered it was not a puncture but a loose valve. Not only did they get my car on immediately they did not charged me for the service as I drive a range rover most places like to overcharge. Here it was not the case I am so grateful to all the lads here today for helping a proper damsel in distress x

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable quote for two tyres and was assured they are good quality tyres otherwise Kwik Fit wouldn't stock them if they weren't.

I drove in with a puncture and was seen to straight away. Although I drove away with a new tyre rather than repair, which was more than I bargained for. Customer service great.

my car broke down 3/4 hundred yards down the road. The car also did this on arrival when I had checked in at 10 am to have my rim leak repaired or if necessary change the tyre. Mark who helped me get the car reversed into a parking space was very helpful and said it could be the power steering so they would check it. In the end we needed to phone our recovery via LV insurance who did not arrive until 4.30pm. My issue was I think with the manager who initially said it was not their problem.

I failed my MOT this year for several issues I had with my car, I went to several garage in Eccles area and I couldn't find any that could help me, until I went to Kwik fit- Swinton, the person who help was Steve, he was super professional since the beginning and even the complexity of the issue he was happy to help me, he always provide me updates about the car while they keep it and wait for the parts, now the car is all fix and running, MOT pass. Thanks you for the good service. I recommend this branch 100%

Very poor service. Unprofessional and rude staff.Appointment made 10 days ago to have work done on my brakes.Colin who arranged the booking doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing or he’s just plain dizzy and useless.Telling customers wrong and misleading information, he can’t book appointments proper. The lone Mechanic clearly has to much work on his hands hence his rude attitude and unfriendly behaviour towards customers….I ended up taking my car to bury kwik fit to have the job done the same day which took 2 hours and friendly polite staff greeted you on arrival.What ever happened to kwikfit at Swindon? it’s proper gone down hill.Avoid this place at all cost.
