After 35 minutes we decided to ring as app said it has been cutting and checking for last 15 min. Women answered with broken English and said she will make now and they busy and hung up. Very rude and not good customer service at all. Pizza came after total time just over 1 hr. Delivery driver was very polite though if only the rest of the staff followed his example. This shop really needs to train its staff who answer the phone and pizza was overcooked after all that . Burnt around the crust and cheese was burnt.

Avoid at all costs, ordered on Uber eats called for a update as the delivery time had passed, 40 mins later after ringing the store my order has been cancelled. Absolute nightmare, poor customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Ordered on Deliveroo at about 7:40pm on a Thursday and after an hour we called to check where the order was. Was told the diver was on the way so waited another 20 mins, called again, to be told the driver wasn’t answering the phone but was on the way. Waited another 15 mins, called again and was told the driver was having a problem with his scooter and for us to cancel the order our end.Awful service, was 9:15pm before we found out no food was coming. Wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered two pizzas via the app. Store said they didn't receive the order but couldn't refund me the money they had taken from my account. Store advised they weren't delivering today but the app never warned of this. Only way to get my money back is to contact head office.

Ordered papa johns as they were doing a vegan deal. I ordered cookie dough ice cream the non dairy one. But didn’t realise after a few bites that it was the dairy one. I’m absolutely mortified this happened now they’re closed and I can’t get my ice cream!! Didn’t get my buffalo sauce either even though I told the delivery driver. Appalling service.

Worst Papa Johns ever!!!! Soggy pizza and if they are out of stock of something, they will replace it with no warning. Extremely bad customer service, they hung up the phone on me when I informed them they should let customers know when replacing items.

I placed an order for a call of duty bundle for my son which is a large pizza and a side plus codes to use in the call of duty game. When the order arrived (an hour late) the side was incorrect. When I called the restaurant they said they'd tried to call to advise the side I'd ordered wasn't available but I had no missed calls. When I proceeded to ask about where the call of duty codes were, which I'd also not received, they hung up on me. When i called back they wouldn’t answer the phone! So rude and terrible customer service. I will never order from them again!

Waited over an hour after tracking app claimed our order was delivered. Called restaurant - useless and they put the phone down on me twice. Will not order again.

food is always good but it seems like every time something is wrong with the order. Either stuffed crust is not given even when ordered, drink not provided when ordered or medium given instead of a large. Way too expensive to be messing up orders all the time.
