Got my car never got it home had flat tyre turned out cores were showing on 1 tyre blow out on another tyre ment to be no advisory on mot less than 1500 miles back brakes went car unuse able taking it to a vosa test centre as don’t think car seen an mot center before I got it

These guys are totally professional and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I bought my car without seeing it and Tariq walked me through the whole car and it’s history. He was factual, honest and went the “extra mile” for us. When the car was delivered it was everything Tariq said it was and more. They are brilliant to deal with and I can’t recommend any more highly.

When purchasing a car, we usually start with main dealerships looking at their second hand forecourts.With that said, we couldn’t find what we were looking for. We cast the net further a field.We came across Dax Motor Company. There, they had the Mercedes that virtually ticked all my boxes. Reasonably priced & looking great in the photos, we took the plunge and made contact. Dealing with Ed, we can honestly say he put our minds at ease. There was no pressure applied.On an 8 year old car, you expect some wear and tear. Yes, this car had some, but Dax were very honest about this and put right two imperfections on said vehicle.On placing a deposit, Dax held the car for us for over two weeks as we were not local but some 200 miles away.We were pleasantly surprised the car was as good as advertised, presented well both inside & out. Needless to say we bought it.I took it to my local Mercedes dealership for a brake fluid change (nothing wrong with the fluids, but over 4 years since the last one) who always run a standard health check, they inspected the car and said it was a really nice example.Dax have restored my faith in second hand car dealerships. Friendly, no pressure tactics, went out of their way to put right any minor imperfections, but above all were honest with us from start to finish. The car has performed perfectly.Would I buy from Dax again? Truthfully, yes, if you see a vehicle they are selling & you like the look of it but are asking if the journey is worth it? I would absolutely say yes. Based on our experience, definitely go to them, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I purchased my 2017 Audi A6 Saloon in May 2021 and I am still very pleased with my purchase. The car was well presented, clean and was as described. Customer service was very good. I would use them again.

Iv had 3 cars from here over the years and have to say everyone has been top quality and never had any trouble. The guys' customer service and attention to detail are fantastic . They go above and beyond very relaxed, have no pressure sales, and have a great selection of cars .
