I have always been very impressed with the excellent service I have received from the friendly and helpful staff at Mercedes-Benz South West, Exeter and recently took custody of my fifth A Class A200, which is clear evidence of my satisfaction. Jamie Stone in sales contacted me recently to ask if I wanted to trade in my 2021 A Class for the latest model and proceeded to expedite the transaction in a very smooth and efficient manner. The follow up after-sales service was also excellent, and Jamie was very helpful in resolving some minor questions I had about the new model’s features.

The best car buying experience of my life. Tamara and Jess are an absolute dream. Very competent and trustworthy. I pretty much purchased virtually and visited the store to take a final test drive and sign all the docs. They take a payment to reserve the vehicle but it’s all fully refundable. I would recommend everyone pay them a visit no matter where you’re located. I travelled from London to Exeter after speaking with these Pros

Great service. Very efficient and friendly. Car collected when stated. I was kept informed throughout of progress and received my online health check mid morning. Came here for a transmission service on a 1993 W140. Very streamlined customer service with kind representatives. Dropped the keys off in the morning and car was done by 1pm. Free wash and inspection included in price. Pricier than a MB specialist, but you have the trust of getting the job done right! Would recommend.

Excellent service, not the usual Mercedes Benz attitude. Matt and his team were amazing, I was happy to travel the near 5 hrs to go down and buy and collect a car as they did exactly what they said they would do. I will be dealing with these guys in the future for other purchases. I recommend this dealership as I would not deal with my local dealership as they have the usual Mercedes Attitude. this place in Exeter is a breath of fresh air and all the staff I have dealt with are brilliant. Disappointed and fed upOn 24 December 2022, I purchased a GLE350 at MB Exeter.Unfortunately, I found the airbags are not working on the very next day and the engine oil and Add blue were all below the minimum limit, so I had to stopped at a motorway service and top them up. The car was just serviced days before I picked up, all that faults could have been easily found on the pre delivery inspection!I had to drive the vehicle without air bags with my family during Christmas holidays, that put me and my family at a risk that I do not wish to take. And then, it took more than three weeks to fix the airbag problem.Few weeks later, the engine warning light was on and a senior was replaced.On 29 May 2023, anti-theft alarm system was not working. That was a awkward and embarrass situation when I was trying to unlock the vehicle. Until now, I am still waiting for the fault to be fixed.During my last visit, I was advised that one of the tyre needs to be replaced soon, but I couldn't find the wheel locking nuts. There's no locking nuts in the vehicle!I used to think Mercedes was the best of the best of quality and service, this vehicle has shown anything but the opposite. This vehicle has caused so many inconveniences both to me and my family during this short period of ownership.I have totally lost confidence on that vehicle.

Recently had my Mercedes serviced at the dealership.And though the reception staff were working under difficult circumstances, due to the building alteration. They remained cheerful, polite and made the wait as comfortable as possible.The Service Department kept me updated throughout the day, always advising when additional work either needed doing at the service or in the future.A good first experience.
