I have nothing but good things to say about this place and every team involved. From the first estate agent who sold me the house Chris. Adam Waring is a great mortgage advisor who really knows his stuff, he's always quick to respond with some very good suggestions. And now I'm going through the lettings side of things, Beth Dalton and her team have been fantastic in find me some very good tenants for my property.

Staff are friendly and helpful but I have given three stars OK" because communication could be better. I had to be quite proactive to get information

Thanks to James and team for helping with the sale of mums house in March, Cambs. It’s hard enough selling your own house let alone selling someone else’s! James kept me calm during all the hurdles and delays and demonstrated a professional and friendly approach throughout. Thank you. Dawn

Whilst I was initially underwhelmed with the WHB platform only allowing limited pictures for advertising and not great photos either, (this is a criticism of the system rather than the people).James was an excellent negotiator in a very long and tortuous sale. Communications were very good, proactive and excellent support throughout the process. So regards the online platform, prob 2 stars, inflexible, and well behind the curve of current marketing IT options. Regards James and the human interface, 5 stars however!

In the last year I have purchased two properties through WHB and it has been far from a pleasant experience. Agents require constant chasing to progress the sale as they do very little in the way of checking the sale if not as there is no after sales team. When if came to move day we realised we had too much for one van load and I rang WHB to ask the vendors if we could drop some furniture off beforehand, and I was heavily patronised on the phone by a lady working there, when I asked her to speak to the vendors politely she told me to 'let her finish ' in a vary nasty tone. WHB lacks any compassion for how stressful the process is and needs to work on its customer service as I have felt very patronised several times . I have also had several queries unanswered by my agent and the branch manager. William H Brown also withheld the keys and it took my partner having to go in and demand they phone the solicitors to get our keys.

Beth Dalton in the Lettings department performed exceptionally well finding a tenant their new home.I was amazed by the speed of the whole process, the quick succession of viewings she was able to attend, and her ability to relay all information confidently. Beth has given me great confidence in William H Brown as a landlord.Well done Beth! Thank you for your hard work!

I've recently had dealings with William h brown particularly with Alice, she was brilliant through out the whole process of us buying our home. She went above and beyond to make sure if we had a problem she was on hand to relive us. Both of us. Also helped us outside of the office and I must say sorted my problem out in a few minutes. Be happy to no if you go in with an problem she will be on hand to sort that for you. Wonderful asset to the team

Paige Anderson, at William H Brown was lovely. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, she understood what our housing needs were and managed to help us find the perfect rental property.

I have had a couple of problems with my rental statements recently. I have discussed these with Beth (Beth Johnston) and Beth has sorted them out promptly and professionally.
