Street Food Fiesta

We have ordered this takeaway on a few occasions and each time the food has become worse. The first time the food was incredible and was by far the best takeaway in town. I had a burger that sounded delicious (the pig stack) unfortunately it had way to much onion chutney which was very overpowering and took the taste away from the meat the burger was overdone and hard. Ordered the cheese and bacon dirty fries which on the description states that it comes with a Cheesy sauce but that wasn't the case it was just cheesy chips with bacon rashers on top though the chips themselves were very tasty.

Ordered many times from here, however the last couple of times we have used UberEats for delivery and things have gone very very wrong. The food has been very late (45 mins) from the time window the restaurant themselves specify with the delivery notification, this means the delay is being caused by UberEats not the restaurant. (presumably because UberEats collect multiple customer meals at the same time and therefore are unable to meet the customer expectation set by the restaurant delivery notification, so you will always be disappointed) UberEats Delivery charge is £3:00 where as the delivery with JustEat is £5:00. From personal experience the extra £2 delivery charge is well worth it because your food will arrive within a sensible time window (as specified by the restaurant) and will be warm enough to eat. Contrast that with my personal experience of UberEats where the food has consistently been late and cold when it arrived. Today we cancelled our order completely after waiting 35 mins and calling the restaurant, only to be told that the food was another 10 mins away. This is disingenuous and would have made a total of 45 mins after the customers expectations were initially set with the delivery notification window by the restaurant. Staff were polite enough on the phone, just very inefficient and ineffective with actual delivery information.

Good choice & variety of food! Unfortunately the delivery times are very long and we ended up waiting almost 2 hours for food to arrive. We both too hungry by the point it had arrived and thought it may never turn up. Even after it had arrived the order was wrong, but by the point we were just glad to have some food. Won't be ordering from here in a hurry.

Ordered from here around 20 times staff usually rude and lie, I've been promised refunds before which have never happened, every single time I have to chase my order today is the worst yet.the staff member working today seems nicer than the guy I've spoken to before, but food is now over an hour late and I've called twice. Great food! But so poorly run. I'm not sure if it's the drivers or operations in the shop but it's frustrating

Disgusting behaviour from the so called manager. When we asked why our order was wrong, he berated me, belittled me and was incredibly rude. Told me that they no longer do the sauce and to go somewhere else. When I asked why it was still on the menu then I got told that “it’s how they do it”.I’m mostly horrified by the ability that a service industry provider can speak to a paying customer like that. I would put a 0 star if I could.And as requested I will NEVER order from them again.

Literally all I can say is wow! I had a halloumi wrap the size of my head, that and the peri fries were awesome. It was a quick delivery and the food arrived hot and well packaged. Really awesome to have this in taunton. I was only gutted I couldnt get halloumi fries at lunch time. Really yummy, great value for money, available at lunch and dinner and great portions! Nice work! would recommend and order again soon

Always get good quality food from here with decent delivery times. The bacon, brie and cranberry burger is a particular favourite as is their delicious hot dogs. Always nice and hot and packed super well to avoid any damage in the delivery process.

Great food, even better prices. The staff were move than helpful and went above and beyond,thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

Ordered lots of times previously and good was fantastic, recent orders have been missing components as advertised on the website, when I’ve called up asking for the PHIlli cheese sauce that should be in a philli cheese sub they told me that it’s been unavailable both times and not sure when it’s going to be available.I asked to change the order for something else as the philli sub concept is sort of defeated when missing some of the components, I was met with hostility and aggression from the owner. Just eat are useless for refunds, so happy I was able to do charge back. Will not be ordering from here anytime soon
