We had such a good experience working with Tony kealys Belfast! Sarah and the team are really knowledgeable and never was anything too much trouble. We were preparing for the birth of our second daughter so we had a good idea of what we needed but Sarah and the team helped put together a tailored package for us. A few emails back and forth as we chopped and changed our minds and even though I’m sure we were being a pain at times Sarah always was happy to help! Even after we received our Tripp trapp chair and then decided we wanted a new colour that had just been launched Sarah organised everything and switching was no trouble. These guys have completely taken the stress away from shopping and returning and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

Spent over £700 on a pram 5 months ago and just opened it to find one of the chair bits of the pram is the wrong thing will never ever buy another pram from here it was problems one after another. We paid the pram off and they said there was still 300 owed that wasn't put on system that wee paid after a week they found the 300 pound that the previously said wasn't paid I will not be back here and would advise other people to take business elsewhere when buying a pram disaster. As I can't reply I didn't buy a icandy pram

Brilliant store and service is second to none .. first started using the store when pregnant with our 5 year old and over the years they have been so helpful with car seat safety checks and installation. Recently had twins and been back to TK for our necessities and car seat checks. Sarah is particularly knowledgeable and we received fantastic customer service from Sarah and Tara. Couldn’t recommend more ♥️

What a fabulous company. I have not been into the store, but have spoken to them on the phone a few times and via email and they have been fantastic. Part of our order wasn't compatible properly with our pushchair and they were amazing. Refund was swift and they handled it all very professionally and politely.This was our second large ish order from them and we most certainly will be buying here again. Thank you.

Genuinely the loveliest, most helpful team imaginable. Knowledgable, down to earth and just ‘get it’ when it comes to becoming parents for the first time. A great experience with Jacqueline here - really spacious, well stocked and space to test out prams outside. Most impressed with staff honesty and knowledge. Will definitely be buying my pram from here, far superior to other pram superstores we tried in Belfast area.

Every time we've been into the store, Jacqueline has helped us, answered all of our silly questions (as first time parents) and never tried to over sell us anything we don't need. She's been fantastic!We collected our pram package 2 days ago and absolutely love it. Jacqueline spent time showing us how to use the pram, install the car seat and again answered all of our silly questions! This place has even price matched our package twice!! We've got a an amazing deal on our package and we're really happy with everything. Thanks for making this experience so lovely and effortless for us. We'll be back for more bits and bobs when baby arrives!
