I was very impressed with the staff at South Croydon, especially Mr Rosato who I found to be an experienced, wise and amiable person to deal with. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of selling two properties with this agency. I would highly recommend Mann Countrywide, South End.

Mann Estate Agent, Extremely professional and dedicated the team is. I would highly recommend Mann as they will be there for us till the end of the process in the same energy we see them on the day we view the property. They are too friendly as well so that we can reach out to them at any point. I should specifically mention Eve,Helen , Lino and Verona Powell as they are so amazing. Eve was there any time when we call her to the property. She was tracking the process and nudging whoever it should be so that the process should not get delayed. I would give a 6 out of 5 if it is possible for her :) .I cannot thank Verona enough as we started talking to her before we find this property and we were going through exactly the same guidelines she was giving to us. As we were new to this we couldn't understand many of it. She was patient enough to explain everything to us, not only financial advices but anything about buying the house. In short we will be safe in Mann team's hands.

I have to do this review because I had a very beautiful experience with this estate agency. Never I have met so professional and humble people in one place, especially Helen Dorset, the most patient person I have ever met.With this agency, I bought my flat in May 2023 and Helen was there to help me and support me during the process until I got the keys. This agency has a very good reputation, they did my job very easily when something was not going well with brokers and solicitors. They were there all the time for me.Thank you MANN in Croydon.

After a long sale which failed at the last hurdle, I was worried we would have a similar experience after we finally found our dream home. We appointed Mann and well, within a matter of hours, Eve was showing people round our flat. It sold within a day or so - I was so shocked! Eve was so easy to deal with, and Lino a genuinely lovely man, I can't stress enough how plain sailing it was. Thank you so much to both of you!!

***** In short epic, professional and dedicated ****Now writing a review is always a pain, however in these circumstances it is far from it. I purchased a property that was marketed via Mann. The process from the point of view of the purchase and communication was exemplary.I had the pleasure of having Eve Charrosin as my point of contact. I was in the middle of a chain and had issues with my sale via another agent and solicitor. Eve was AMAZING, she was customer focused not only to get the sale over the line but time and time again she would step up to the plate and chase my solicitor and at times my estate agent.!!! Eve was incredible throughout going above and beyond time and time again.If you are looking for a team to sell that put the customer first then Mann and especially Eve were epic. I had the pleasure of dealing with Helen who I found professional and extremely helpful. At times I spoke to Eve more than my own family. If it was not for her then the whole chain would have collapsed.To further evidence Eve's dedication, exchange and completion had taken place and I was stuck in traffic. My movers were waiting and threatened to charge waiting surcharges. Eve without hesitation offered to attend and provide access to the movers so they could not charge. Just above and beyond.If I was to try and find criticism to balance this review I would struggle so to split hairs, I would say that what ever the fee the vendor paid should all be credited to Eve for her efforts during this transaction.

Mann South Croydon have done a fantastic job in selling my home quickly and at what I think is a very good price. The process was easy and hassle-free from the moment I signed up. The house was advertised very quickly, interest build and we managed to exchange and complete all in one month! The team know what they are doing, and Lino and Eve are the best around! I found that Mann communicated better with us, drove our sale and only brought serious buyers to us so our time was never wasted. If ever I need to sell my home again, I will come back to Mann without a doubt! Best of luck for the future guys!

I would highly recommend Mann to those who are after a professional agent, and not the usual talk-the-talk types! Helen Dorset was incredible throughout the entire process from our initial viewing of our purchase, right the way to completing. Our completion was delayed, but despite this Helen kept us calm and was patient with us. Commination was exceptional throughout the process and Helen did her best to relieve us of the expected stress by liaising with the chain and their solicitors. Other acknowledgements go to Lino and Eve, but of course to Verona, the in-house broker, whose exceptional expertise proceed her and who has saved us a considerable amount of money. We are forever grateful.
