David Sinclair was a hard act to follow when his former salon became The Clifton Hair Company. You knew that you could trust any stylist whom he took on or trained, and fortunately for clients his exceptionally high standards have been maintained. Maria, who worked with David before, has done my hair now for several years and she is outstandingly good. I have very thick, strong hair and it was less than cooperative until Maria and her magic scissors got to work. She cuts and colours brilliantly and thanks to her advice, it's in much better condition than it ever has been. She's also a very warm and thoughtful person. I can't recommend her - or the salon- highly enough.

Visited the salon for the first time after not having my hair done for 5 months, due to having a baby and then going into lockdown. I was very nervous about my appointment after having some bad hair experiences in the past. Beth was really great, she worked on my hair until I was completely happy with the colour and cut. I have had some lovely comments about my hair. I can't believe how the waves stayed in (3 days of getting out of bed with styled hair) and the treatment used left my hair feeling great. Looking forward to another visit.

First time going to this hairdresser and I was super pleased with the service! David was lovely and gave me an amazing cut, and styled it just how I like it. He also gave me lots of tips on how to style and maintain my hair. Overall was really enjoyable and would recommend!

I had my haircut by Jem and I’m very happy with the results! I mentioned I’ve had a bad experience with hairdressers in the past which is why I’ve avoided having a haircut in over a year. She was very patient and friendly. I will definitely be returning :) Thank you

Beth has absolutely exceeded all of my expectations! I have never had a more positive hair appointment! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and was very patient and attentive. Her skill and attention to detail are impeccable and she makes you feel like you are her number one priority. The compliments I’ve gotten on my hair since are the cherry on top of the experience! I've been going to Maria for several years now and think she's ace. I have thick bushy hair and she knows how to deal with it. She came recommended from a friend, and is the best hairdresser I've ever had. Wouldn't consider swapping. Plus she's lovely! And it's good value. Thumbs up.

I've become a customer nearly a year ago and I am happily coming back regularly! Beth is professional, listens to you and is full of suggestions. The atmosphere is lovely and everyone in the salon is very friendly. I'd definitely recommend!! Can't wait to be back!

Wow, I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have had in a salon. The salon is well presented and clean and tidy. I have spent years trying to get my hair the colour that I wanted and finally got that at Clifton Hair Company. Beth is really passionate about her job, knows her stuff, and worked tirelessly to make sure the result was what I wanted without damaging my hair. If I could give more stars I would, thank you! I look forward to my next visit already.
