If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would. I was privileged to receive first class customer service, and a very clean and nicely prepared as new car.Having just arrived at Kelling Heath Holiday Park in a motorhome we enquired about the possibility of renting a car locally to get us around more easily. We therefore booked Yes Car & Van Rental at the last minute, this was no problem to Scott who is the proprietor. He personally made a car ready for us immediately.We received a great daily price for a lovely clean and economical car.I can highly recommend Yes Car &Van Rental, it was certainly service with a smile, not just from them but from us too.

An efficient service , I could even collect my car on a Sunday. My car was reasonably priced and very clean and was a comfortable drive. Scott is a very nice man to deal with, I will definitely use his company again in the future.

Scott goes above and beyond! If you need a car or van in the local area definitely go here. Scott was super friendly and proactive on the phone calling me back straight away when a van came back unexpectedly early. I got there near the end of the day and there was an issue with insurance. With it being closing time and only a one day rental, Scott could've said not today" or "sorry it isn't going to work". Instead he phoned multiple people and sorted the issue right away and got me a van despite the circumstances. Top customer service. Thanks to him we managed to move house the next day. No quibbles on return

Absolutely brilliant. Hired a vivaro for the day to get rid of a sofa etc and Scott was awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. On the day of pick up Scott was very helpful with the van and made everything very smooth and easy. The van was clean and well looked after and drove perfectly. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to hire a van. They have a good selection of vehicle in different sizes at good rates for all needs. If you live in the area then yes car and van rental is the only place you need. Thank you Scott. It was a pleasure.

I needed to hire a van bigger than the local removal people had and found a great priced van and friendly service at 'Yes' in Cromer.Scott, the owner, provided a new, very clean van and although I was nervous he showed confidence in me which really helped.
