Excellent service. I thought my screen was cracked and would need a replacement. Within seconds they established it was just the screen protector and fitted a new one at a fraction of the cost of a new screen. And what’s more they didn’t make me feel stupid for getting it wrong. Recommended.

I am so grateful for having found this shop. My Xiaomi phone's power button had stopped working and I couldn't turn my phone on. I had feared that I'd lost all of my precious notes and memories I'd collected of my 7 month old. After contacting Xiaomi customer services and being told that they could only repair my phone after a factory reset I was distraught. Luckily the guys I met at Tyne tech were able to fix my button and turn my phone back on within an hour and for only £20 despite it being a fairly difficult fix. I feel like I can breathe again. Quick and easy fix in my iPhone 12 Pro camera!!!!Camera was shattering and there was a static noise. Seems like changing was only option but they opened can cleaned. There was a piece of glass from previous replacement before I bought.I am very happy happy that I come here instead of agreeing some other place for replacement for a high price.Many thanks for your service and quality.

Absolutely fantastic! I brought my liquid damaged MacBook Pro to this shop after going to Apple and getting a quote of £1,200. My main concerns were the viability of fixing, the cost and the possibility of losing my data. Before handing over the machine, they explained everything to me; that they would try to fix the logic board rather than replace it and that any extra costs would be run by me before any work happens, and gave an initial quote of around £300. I took it in on a Monday and the following Thursday (today), I've picked up my Mac Book Pro in fully working order for just £365 - a fraction of what Apple quoted me and I lost none of my data. In addition, I also have a 6 month warranty on the repair work which is incredible. Could not be more happy with this place, awesome people, very knowledgable and very quick as well. Highly recommend and will be coming back again if I have any issues with any of my devices. Thank you again!

Can't fault the service I have received today. Friendly professionals who within 4 hours had fully diagnosed my android phone and fixed it, all for less than £100 on a Sunday. I fully recommend and thank them for their service today. All work is even guaranteed for 3 months.

My macbook battery had been damaged by a different repair place during a different repair, so I brought it in to Tyne Tech and they were super helpful, got it done same day, and for the cheapest price. I had a follow up issue that occured after their repair and they sorted that free of charge as it was related to the previous repair. Definitely will bring my stuff here again!
