If you need legal advice on making a Power of Attorney this company, being only paralegal, is not qualified to provide it. You will need to see a solicitor and pay the high fees that their qualifications command.I contacted this company because my situation was straightforward so I didn't consider that I needed legal advice, but I thought I would need assistance in completing the application forms for my wife and myself. However I found the attitude of the man that runs this company to be pushy and aggressive, and when I had the audacity to query his charges he hung up the phone on me and promptly sent me a very childish email terminating any agreement between us and hoping that I would have to pay a lot more to go elsewhere.In fact it cost me nothing at all apart from the registration fee that is payable anyway. I filled in the forms myself and found them remarkably straightforward. Also the Office of the Public Guardian runs a very useful helpline in case of any queries.To summarise, in my opinion this company provides no useful service whatsoever.
