Mom and son went to get me noodles today and the staff here were so unfriendly! I'm gluten intolerant and they didn't seem to have a clue saying that the vegetables had gluten in. They ended up going to a more friendly noodle place round the corner

Ordered directly by phone and then waited over an hour before ringing them to find out where it was to be told that they don't have my order and that was it!!absolutely appalling .food then turned up with the wrong address on it!don't think I'll be ordering here ever again

I think they are worth more than 3 star if reviewed independently and the 3 star above has nothing to do with customer service. Wondering why I gave them 3-star? Well that is because I have had better tasting Chinese meals in the UK, maybe because I leave in china town… so if you are used to really nice 5-star china foods, you might find this a 3-star but if you are just trying out china food then it might be a 4 or even more

A splendid Chinese with good tasting food. Lemon chicken is one of my favourite dishes and this one came with the sauce separately. Lots of chicken in the container and i enjoyed very much.House special fried rice is another one of my favourites and again I was not disappointed. Food came super quick and the delivery driver was super smiley which is always a good start.I will be ordering again soon as I have no complaints with the food. Keep up the good work and thanks you f for a great meal. x x

Food didn’t come kept on blaming the delivery person NO communication!! Had to ring Three times and it was still the same “we only have two delivery drivers!” It does not take over an hour and half to drop food off!!

Delivery took over 2 hours. Had to call 3 times for an update on delivery. Food arrived with missing items and uncooked chips underneath omelette which made them soggy. Food was greasy and packing was broken due to this. Appalling service. Would not order from here again

Food is actually nice, but every single time we order here we have to call them to remind them of the order because there is some kind of issue. The deliveries are consistently late, if you're lucky it'll be 20/30 minutes, if you're unlucky is hours.We've put an order through JustEat at 5:30pm with expected delivery at 6pm. At 6:30pm still no updates on the app. We called 3 times and no one picked up. We have now cancelled the order and got a refund through JustEat.We were regular clients but this is officially the last time we order food from there. Enough is enough.

Ordered via just eat. Meal cost £13.95, I recieved a small tray of sliced chicken covered with cling film. No veg, no rice. Was assured on the phone it would come with rice and broccoli as I assumed £13.95 would include it. Was extremely disappointed and felt ripped-off.
