Once again I had an Immaculate experience with Goodalls Tailors. Lost my miniature medals prior to a Regimental dinner, ordered 8 court mounted miniatures with separate instruction to add bars to specific medals. Made the order Monday, medals arrived in perfect condition on the Saturday morning. The price was also very good, I wouldn't use anyone else for my mess dress requirements. Brilliant company.

Ordered a RAF Mess Dress online, easy process. Mess Dress arrived ahead of schedule and I was knocked out with the quality and craftsmanship of it. Jacket fitted perfectly but minor adjustments were needed on the trousers. I emailed customer services to ask how to go about returning them for alteration. The reply was almost immediate with instructions of how to return them. Trousers were returned within the week and were a perfect fit. I’m over the moon with my Mess Dress and would give 6 stars for quality, craftsmanship and customer service. One very happy customer.

Absolutely amazing!!!Needed a replacement set of mounted miniature medals for a function in 3 days, emailed Mark on Sunday, received a reply almost immediately, purchased the medals Sunday evening, they were delivered Tuesday morning 8am by courier! I ordered a full mess dress and mess dress accessories. The self measure guide was very helpful and easy to understand. The customer service was bang on,always happy to answer my emails. Fantastic service and would highly recommend. I used their self measure service which I was a little hesitant of before I took the plunge, I needn't have been. Everything arrived fitting perfectly except for my waist coat which was slightly large. I was able to return this for alteration with no fuss or bother and it came back in good time.Mark and the team are personable and communicate with you throughout the process making it stress free.

The process for measuring and ordering is straightforward and the turn-around time fair. I subsequently got in touch to add to me order and that was also dealt with promptly and accurately.
