The gym lacks hygiene. Male toilets broken. Showers with towels on floor and gym floor unkempt. Thinking wisely as you'll pay upto £65-70 for nothing premium. In dire need of management presence!

Nice layout, very niche. Tad on the small side and is years behind other London Virgin actives which have mostly been refurbished and upgraded to the new arm band systems (entry to club + digital lockers).

There are better spas through out virgin but for a tier 3, I cannot fault it, the best bit of jy workout is the sauna after.
