Laguna Ashford Triumph

My first dealings with Laguna Motorcycles were way back in 2008 when I test rode a then new KTM 690SM, which I then bought, fast forward one year to 2009 at what point I had decided to buy a bigger Bike so test rode a KTM 990 SMT and Kawasaki Z1000 with the intention of buying the Z1000 although the Bike simply didn't excite me, the extremely friendly salesman suggested I test rode a Triumph Speed Triple 1050 over at their Triumph dealership in Ashford, he quickly arranged a test ride and off I went.I test rode the Triumph Speed Triple 1050 and instantly fell in Love! This was the best Bike I'd ever ridden!! The demonstrator had everything on it including a cumfy seat, carbon mudguard and Arrow cans, when I got back from the test ride I spoke with the Triumph salesman and he said I could actually buy that Bike, I was sold and instantly purchased the demonstrator I had ridden!2010 When it came to servicing the Triumph Speed Triple 1050 they kindly let me use a Triumph Bonneville whilst my Bike was being serviced, I found this extremely nice and never in buying seven brand new Bikes and getting them serviced by the main dealership have I had this.Now fast forward 14 years to 2023! I now live in Germany and decide to ride my Triumph Sprint to England enroute I realise the chain is loose and hasn't been adjusted for a while so phoned Laguna Ashford up to speak to a friendly service guy on a Friday afternoon and asked him if it was possible to adjust my chain plus change the brake fluid on my 18 year old low mileage Bike, no problem sir we can fit you in tomorrow at 10.30am! Done.I arrive at Laguna Ashford Triumph, they take my bike adjust the chain and change the brake fluid, after riding the bike directly to Lydden Hill I realise the front brake is much better! Very happy.14 years since I was last at Laguna Ashford Triumph, the building is completely different and very modern and cool, with a clothing section plus many Bikes on display plus demonstrators, toilets plus tea and coffee are provided. I asked to sit on a couple of Bikes no problem, very helpful staff and in actual fact the salesman from 14 years ago was still there and also still helpful.The only thing minor criticism would be that the place needs a good clean, but there is a we're hiring notice on the window so that could be a contributing factor and in all honesty it would not stop me from using Laguna Motorcycles and Laguna Ashford Triumph again and again, infact I would not look any further than these guys...

Laguna, Triumph motorcycles at Ashford. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and will do all they can to set you on a safe road to motorcycling. My experience at Laguna Triumph was to say the least overwhelming, i could not have felt more proud of my Triumph ownership.Parking for motorcycles is fine, but parking for cars is in street.This is the best collection of Triumph motorcycles I've seen anywhere. Well done Laguna Triumph.

I have to say what an amazing service we got from Jim and James. We was sent on a wild goose chase via another triumph. However when we got there we had such great service and the world's best cup of tea we brought a bike. We had it delivered today and again perfect service and we are so over joyed we travelled so far out it's worth the journey. We travelled over 2 hours. If in doubt don't be we have been to 3 other Triumph stores and none have been as good as here.Thank you Jim and James for being the best at your jobs...From Kryss and Nevaeh

Just had my Triumph street triple serviced ,and just think great service should be spoke about. Jim and the service department always go the extra mile to make it all so easy. been a customer for many years and will always feel valued great service guys keep it up thanks again

Couldn’t ask for more when buying a bike!!! The team were always welcoming and were always happy to answer any questions I had… which were a lot! Would definitely recommend buying a bike from Ashford Triumph!
