I had a consultation which was really very thorough. Melissa listened to my routine and was very interested in what I wanted to achieve. Well worth it and bought some new products so will be going back in 3 months time for a review. Definitely would recommend

Had my first IPL treatment with Melissa, I was abit nervous but she put me at ease and talked me through what was happening at each stage. Melissa is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the treatments. I would definitely recommend both Melissa and Face the future.

I came to Melissa on recommendation and have not stopped recommending her since to others! I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable, and at ease. She talked me through the procedure and explained what would happen next, always making sure I was ok! I am so happy with the results and now Melissa is stuck with me!She is amazing!

I paid for an item which I did not receive. The company refuses to provide evidence without a lawyer's request (which I have to pay for). Frustrating as I know they are lying and this item was not packed and sent yet they know without taking them to court they can get away with it which might not be effort that most people would be willing to go over such a value. I will be reporting them to trading standards and also passing this onto a lawyer as they should not be allowed to operate this way. Shame to have to waste my time over £50 but also don't want to allow them to rob me of this amount.

I had a Hydrafacial treatment done with Jessica and I can see and feel the difference in my skin already.Jessica explained everything she was doing and has a very calm and soothing voice. I felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep!The treatment itself is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone. It’s a lovely environment and the staff are so friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back.Thanks again Jessica.

I purchased a ZO retinol with them in February 2023 and just noticed recently that the product expires in September 2023, which means that it only have six months of use after purchase. I contacted them and they advised me to continue using the product even after expiry date as long as I finish it within 12 moths of opening! I contacted ZO and they confirmed that this is not right, and they would not recommend it. However, Face the Future refused to take responsibility and insisted that I have plenty of time to used up the product.Please do not buy as their products are not up to standard quality and customer service team would not do anything to help.

I have ordered quiet a few products from them over the years. This last order was a disaster, spoke to Beth was like talking to a wall. It took 4 emails and screen shot of their website lying that my order has been fulfilled. I dint trust that they well ever deliver no item after 11days past due its delivery date with false and dismissive response and wont listen to why i called kept speaking over me, of course i asked for my money back and of course they where even more petty by not returning my money instantly. I now have to wait another 4 days to get a refund.
