I was robbed in this store, they charged a totally different amount than what was advertised. Unfortunately I can't go back to the city to report these thieves.

We received defected goods, we tried to communicate, never replied. Ignoring when need customer service. Unfortunaly, no ZERO or BELOW ZERO stars options

Ask the amount before change, they are thief ! Attention avant de changer votre argent demander bien le montant, ce sont des voleurs !!

I bought an item (baggage lock) that was defective. I took it back and was told I was lying and there was no possible way that the item was bought from them. Then when I later showed them the receipt, they acknowledged it was their store and then denied telling me that I was lying. No refund. I wish I could give these people 0 stars.

It is a tradition of mine to shop here every time I visit London. Sure, it is full of the most gaudy tourist trap merchandise you can imagine, but it is truly your best option for souvenirs for the friends and family. The things you buy here are so unmistakably British - Mind the Gap shirts, little brass Big Bens, busts of Shakespeare and Churchill, ceramic reproductions of Lord Nelson's monument, stuffed Bulldogs, BBC caps, and I could go on and on.Yes, it is unmistakably a tourist trap, but Lambert's has a special place in my heart and it deserves a place in your vacation itinerary alongside a West End play, St. Paul's, the British Museum, and Buckingham Palace.

This place has a diverse selection of souvenirs for tourists to buy but is extremely over priced. I got way better prices around Buckingham Palace and further away from Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden.

I never write reviews like this, but felt I needed to for this place. I DO NOT recommend shopping here if you are a person of color. I watched what appeared to be the owner stand 2 feet away from a woman of color and watched her for several minutes as if she would steal something. She didn’t do that to anyone else in the store.If you want nice, quality souvenirs, then buy them at Heathrow Airport. They have a great selection, the prices are fair and you won’t be discriminated against!

I have recently purchased a lot of souvenir from this shop. I liked the baby hoodies, ceramic tea pots ,wall magnets ,key chains...The lady at the counter was nice and she offered discount on an item that was on display which had no spare.The assistant boy was polite and helpful. Well it's a souvenir shop and there are pretty magnets ..I couldn't understand the negative reviews. But it will hold a special place in my heart because it was the last shopping I did in London.. It holds a special place .

I was stolen from this store, they didn't give an invoice, they gave me the wrong change, I was totally deceived. Be careful!I gave a 10 pound note, for a 3.99 dish, I only received 1.01 change in smaller coins.Be very careful, they are thieves! Never use cash in this store!

Absolutely first class service. Our Head Office said that they wanted us to take many souvenirs with us when we travel to Taiwan which was in 2 days time! Looked on internet & no company had delivery date less than 3-4 days. PANIC! We had ordered bags from another company 2 weeks ago that never arrived. Telephoned Lambert of London & actual spoke to someone, not an answerphone. Explained our problem and they said they could fulfill our order & have it delivered next day.
