Excellent service from ATS Euromaster Chesterfield and I always highly recommend them to family and friends. Just had 2 New Front Tyres plus Alignment and MOT with Full Service. From start to finish it’s great experience, booking online is very easy. I drop off the car on my chosen day and receive a phone call when the job is complete. I cannot fault the service through the years I’ve been coming here. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Excellent service. Arrived a little early for appointment for new tyre fitting and was dealt with speedily and efficiently. First experience using ATS. Will definitely return and recommend.

Took my car for MOT, got non existing advisory and been told that I'm lucky that it passed it with milage on a car like that (150k) Test it self took about 2hours and they left my engine running though all that time.

Arrived a12.10 for a 1.30 appointment but made to wait an hour and 20 minutes as all 4 staff were due to have their lunch break. I was the only customer there. Then it took 40 minutes to replace one tyre, which they also managed to put the incorrect air pressure in. Member of staff went to the toilet, came out without washing his hands and then asked for my keys! Not happy at all.

Me and my husband went to ask how much a car battery would cost. When told the price my husband said thankyou and we'll just check around first. When we tried to start the car, the battery was dead. I went in and asked if they had some jump leads to help us. I was asked what car it was. Why would they need to know what car it was? When I said, the man disappeared for a few minutes. When he came back he said they didn't have jump leads!!! I said, that's unusual for a garage and walked out.We had to call a relative for help. It took a good hour for him to arrive and help us.In the meantime, staff were in and out and no-one offered help.Basically, because we didn't buy their product there and then, we were refused help. I thought it was absolutely disgusting and I would never go there and I will tell everyone I know the same.
