Gaylords Antiques Furniture Warehouse

A very good experience this month with a couple of visits to Gaylords. I now have a lovely well-priced oak chair that suits me perfectly. My husband and I received courteous and knowledgeable service from Ian and we will be back.

Gaylords was recommended to me by a friend who has used it several times so l ordered a large table online. I phoned the shop to discuss the item before the purchase and found the staff very helpful and informative. They had a lovely manner with me and sent me more pictures to my email. I was delighted that they could send me the table by courier for a very reasonable price. When l actually saw the table it was much nicer than l thought, it had been finished to a high standard and was just stunning. I was totally impressed with every aspect of the service l got and will certainly be using them again.

A lovely range of quality antique furniture - well worth a visit. Ian provided superb customer service and we're very happy with the dresser we purchased. Will be keeping an eye out on the website for further items.

I have known about Gaylord's for many years but this was the first time I have been in to purchase something. Ian and Lynda were incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable not just about the furniture but about some other items we wanted to refurbish and about how to keep our new table in the best condition. Nothing was too much trouble, they even delivered the table for me. We visited Gaylord Antiques to look for a small chest of drawers which we did find and subsequently purchase. Ian and Lynda could not have been any more pleasant. They were so very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to purchase from them. The customer service was 100% but the only 'downside' is that, unfortunately, our house isn't large enough to accommodate any more items of their fabulous furniture. If you are looking for authentic antiques then I would highly recommend a visit to the showroom. I had also mentioned to Ian that I had a problem with an antique chest of drawers which I already own and he could not have been more helpful. He talked me through exactly what I needed to do and even wrote a list for me which detailed how to undertake the small repair job. This goes over and above any customer service which you would ever receive in any other store. Thank you both so very much and we will certainly purchase from you again and also recommend you to anyone we know who may be looking to purchase quality antiques. We couldn't be more happy.

I came across Gaylords Antiques by chance when searching online for a hall table for my new home. The service and goods received from Lynda and her team were top notch. I not only purchased a table but also a chair and I hope to visit online again in the future. A very friendly, helpful and well run business, a great experience all round. I would highly recommend.

My husband visited the shop today 18th Feb 2023 for some advice on an antique chest of drawers he is restoring. The shop owner was extremely helpful in this matter, giving him contact details of someone who could help him with his project.

Popped in for a browse and ended up having a lovely chat with the owner. Really interesting and helpful chap, very keen to pass on information and tips on what to look for when looking for quality furniture. Will definitely be going back if i ever need advice or when next looking for furniture. Cant recommend enough!
