Nice friendly pub that has it's own bowling green and team. Outside seating area where you can watch the bowls or just sit & relax also has it's own carpark. Good beer (carling always a good pint!)

The reopening of the Glasscutters. Holden's Golden Glow was kept and served well. Still smells of fresh paint, will have to wait and see what happens when the autumn comes, it was a damp place for too long. Hope it's gone but....

Beer was not of a good standard and was not very cold. Staff were unprofessional and not somewhere I would take friends or family. Traditional decor was nice but not somewhere I would visit again I’m afraid.

Good to see the pub busy. No seats available so only stayed for a quick one. Very warm could do with a window open. Will be back.
