I tried Hindhead as they were recommended by a friend and because they offered the most competitive rates. Luis was professional but approachable when valuing and marketing the property and the sale went through quickly and efficiently from the first viewing day.

I’ve just bought a house via Hindhead Property and I have nothing but praise for these guys.They were all friendly and accommodated our various requests, liaised quickly with the vendor and arranged extra viewings to the property with no problems.They were always quick to respond to phone calls and emails and I absolutely loved their little box of “welcome home” pressies when they handing over the keys to our new house.

Hindhead Estate Agents have been amazing with regard to the sale of my home. Professional, very helpful and kept in contact throughout the process. Loved the use of video touring and the pictures taken to show my home at its best. We have recently sold a property through Hindhead and would thoroughly recommend Louis and his team. From the moment we met Louis we knew that he understood us and our needs. The sale was not easy and the property had to go back on the market twice after chains broke, but Louis had buyers for us within days. They are very professional and kept us informed throughout. If you are thinking of selling you really should have Hindhead on your list of agents to meet.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received whilst selling my flat through Hindhead. I have never come across an estate agency where the staff are so proactive in following up and chasing throughout the conveyance process. I never had to do it myself, because I knew that Louis and his team would be working hard on my behalf. My flat was well marketed and a buyer was found within days, excellent advice from Louis who knows the market and is so enthusiastic. I would certainly recommend Hindhead to family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We met with 3 estate agents before putting our house on the market. We chose Hindhead as we found Louis to be passionate and know his stuff. He told us roughly the timescale it would take to find a buyer. And even with the sudden mortgage rise we still got a buyer in 6 weeks from it going online.Louis gave us feedback from viewings and was in regular contact if we had questions.I would recommend this company to others

Louis communicated well throughout the whole experience and was always there to answer any questions, during the house viewings he was able to give advice due to me being a first time home buyer which massively helped me during this process.Would recommend Louis and Hindhead Properties to anyone searching or selling a property!

today myself and my partner were shown around a property in mutley, and ava showed us around who has to be one of the nicest people we have had yet show us a flat, and in the past 3 months we must have seen about 50 properties with all different people. i appreciate everything she’s done and thankyou
