Nicholas Charles Cars

Will what can I say, I've had some bad experiences with buying cars and was apprehensive about spending what I consider a fair bit on a car. My other issue is I couldn't view in person due to the distance, however Charles had my dream car. After speaking to him he went into detail about the car, I explained that I would have issues getting to view the car in person, so he then offered to bring the car to me all in the deal. Car arrived just as described and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will most certainly be using him again in the future. Thank you once again.

Great place to deal with, I usually steer clear of used car dealers, but Nicolas Charles had a car I really wanted.The whole process was fantastic from start to finish, no pushy sales tactics, I was made to feel at ease instantly, car was well priced and the deal was easy to come too.Would definitely buy from them again in the future!

I recently bought a 2011 BMW X5. Really easy transaction. As I live 2 hours away, Charles sent me a walk around video of the car. The car was as described, so I made the purchase. Nice and simple. Would have no issues buying from Charles again. Highly recommended.

RV15 - Lovely company with fantastic support before sale and after sale. Although the car that I had purchased had problems with the brake discs - Charles had arranged full coverage for the replacement of both brakes. Couldn’t wish for anything more than the confidence of knowing that this dealership will be by my side if I needed any assistance.

Really fantastic customer service with a smile and lots of laughs.. i had some side steps added to the car. To my surprise Charles did not charge me for them. Much appreciated and will definitely return :)
