I was mis-sold a course I.e not even in the industry I requested upon receiving the log in details and realising this wasn't the right course, I contacted learn direct to be told they do not do the course I require, even though I wad told they did and took my money. They assured me I would get a refund in 7-10 days, I further contacted them after 14 days and was told it would take 30 days for refund, I'm now well over 30 days and yet to receive a refund I'm constantly passed around on phone calls with no one giving me answers, AVOID and go with a different company as these aren't as they promise.

Sales orientated set up to maximize profit at vulnerable people's expense and the most evasive complaints team I've ever dealt with.They sold my autistic daughter a nursing degree pathway course which was clearly out of her academic scope,(having passed no gcses and failed all resits) which she was overwhelmed with within weeks, they also sold her functional English and Maths, which she was already accessing at point of sale. No refunds offered, all denied.All told someone who is 18 with learning difficulties ,on £400 per month disability benefits was sold finance at £267 per month, and craftily they provide interest free loans which are outside the scope of the FCA and a right of recourse. They are judge and jury on complaints and have not provided any evidence for consent claims they made in 3 months of trying. Every challenge for evidence has been met with an evasive brick wall. I can see me having to go to court to get any satisfaction, not before I've been to trading standards and my local MP though first.If you have the acumin and the course is for your capabilities, I'm sure they are fine, and will suit a flexible learning style. If you are gullible and easily sold an unachievable dream , then buyer beware.

I purchase a course in September and unfortunately had to cancel the course. I did this within their policy terms of 14 days. I have called / emailed numerous times and was told I would be returned my deposit within 7 - 10 days. 2 months have now passed with no deposit and they have actually taken the monthly payment from my bank account too. I have now called my bank and they are investigating the matter. I believe Learn Direct do this a lot! Terrible service and will never use this company again.
