After years of feeling disappointed with my massages and suffering from back, neck and shoulder pain my first experience at Harman Therapies was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to go back there. Chrissie is very knowledgeable and a kind soul. I feel fantastic. Best massage ever.

To have found Chrissie has helped me a lot with pains , discomfort and just for relaxing. Pain on my hip and back felt much lighter and was gone after some appointments. Chrissie always finds the appropriate method (hot stone, cupping, reflexology to name a few) to use and listens to you and your needs. I would recommend her 100%. Chrissie’s sports massage is amazing. I have had problems with my back and neck for 20 years and am so glad I’ve found her, last year she unknotted some muscles in my back which meant I could move it first thing in the morning for the first time in years, but also she has helped me out so much recently after an injury to my neck and shoulders last month, I can highly recommend her.

Just had amazing first deep tissue treatment with Chrissie, who managed to release tight muscles that have been locked for ages. She is such a lovely person who really makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend her for any issues you may have with muscle pain or muscle tightness. After suffering from low back pain for over a year, I am at last feeling so much better.

Having Chrissy in my life is an absolute blessing. I was suffering with bad hips for well over 12 months and making regular trips to the chiropractor which just wasnt fixing it, after a few weeks of Chrissy's treatment I was so much better and now i am fully fixed. Knowing that Chrissy is there is such a relief if anything goes wrong - its always worth the visit and the money, I just love her massage. I made an appointment today after being in agony the passed 3 days with a bad neck and so appreciated that she could fit me in - I instantly felt so so much better. She truly puts her all into every massage and is so compassionate and generous with her skills always genuinely wanting to fix you. I couldn't recommend her more, I have never enjoyed a massage as much as i enjoy Chrissy's. its more then enjoyment its the style of her work, she really knows what she is doing.

I have been visiting this wonderful woman for several years now. She is my 'go to' for a massage, always able to unknot my back and shoulder muscles from hours spent hunched over the computer at work! She has hands that perform magic, it's as simple as that. I like a really strong sports massage, and have been disappointed with spas and massage treatments elsewhere that are a bit 'light touch', but Chrissie is amazing, which is why I always go back to see her. Any (voluntary) pain from the deep tissue work I ask her for is always worth it for the end results, and I always feel 100% better after her treatments.

Amazing massage. Chrissie really listens to what you want and need. Deep tissue massage that's the best I've had. Shes only little but she knows how to hit all the spots that need zapping. Highly recommended. Thank you Chrissie
