I have been waiting 5 weeks for an internet connection, since installation over a week ago they have by their own admission given me a faulty router. I have now been waiting for them to deliver me a new one and they keep lying saying it will come today and then not coming, when i then ring up the next day asking why it has not come they laugh and say we never said it would. I have emails and if they record phone calls you will clearly be able to see this. I have also been waiting 2 days for the manager to call me back as I tried to make a complaint within their company first but still heard nothing. for this reason I opened a complaint against the company. edit spoke to Emma the manager who has been helpful

The speed is 5 star. But if you provide a 24hr utility I would expect to have 24 hour assistance with it. Internet is not a luxury anymore, it's become essential. If the connection drops after 5pm you won't get any help until the next working day. Lost 3 days paid work over the last week. Time to find my own provider again as this connection is provided by landlord.

Currently 12 hours of no WiFi. This is now 48 hours of no service in one week No urgency. Impossible to get straight answers out of. Rang customer service and was told this “wasn’t their department” not good enough.

terrible experience, waited 4 weeks for the installation then once installed would not work for more then an hour. zero help throughout these issues.

Helpful, UK-based staff, but only have help desk open Monday to Friday and the reliability of the Internet is extremely patchy.On my third new router in as many months and this latest one has given up the ghost on a Friday night so left with no Internet until Monday at the earliest.Went with Clearfibre because they were cheaper, but that appears to reflect the quality of their products.

Kev, the engineer, is a brilliant man! Despite numerous challenges my flat threw at him, he remained patient and kind during the six hours he was here. Genuinely a kind soul; and his service during the set up are second to none!

The implementation of Clearfiber’s network is seriously flawed. One IP address for a residential building of 300+ units. Port forwarding is not possible, there’s constant drops in service and speed, certain website just don’t work (United utilities for example) and they can’t get it to work no matter how many times you contact tech support.Hyper-optic is a significantly better service and the company seems to know what they are doing. Steer clear of clear fibre. I was with them two months and they couldn’t get things working. I told them I was leaving given the terrible reliability of the network and they agreed. I guess it was easier to let a customer go than fix the issues.

Edited the review from 2* to 4* as to be fair to them they have now fixed the issue and the internet is working perfectly again due to a faulty splitter in the streets.Still not giving 5 as I found they didn’t reply to me a lot of the time.

Clearfibre has recently been installed into our building and the issue is that in the evening every tenant is facing slow connections. It’s not with the speed but it is a problem connecting to the actual server. It keeps disconnecting. Never had this issue when I had sky before.
