What an amzing team. I can not thank them enough for their support with our bull dog puppy who had alot of issues in her short life. Nothing was too much trouble always there to support us. Sadly Lilly was put too sleep 6 weeks old. The team are outstanding. Thank you all so much.xx

Great vets, really friendly and understanding, no nonsense advice, very happy!

Took my new puppy here for her prepaid booster jab. The jab was prepaid by her previous owner. The reason I say this is that i took the puppy into the room the lady didn't ask any questions on how the 10 week old puppy was doing or anything, zero check over of the her. She just disappeared out the back and came back with the injection and it was time to leave. Roll forward 24 hours. I am at a new vet as the puppy had worms and had never been wormed.My point is why did the Vet not talk to me about worming and fleas, surely this is a very simple thing a vet should talk to new owners about? Surely from the vets practice point of view this is a very easy 'McDonalds want to go large' upsell?The new vets that I took the puppy to was very surprised at this as standard they make sure that new puppy parents know what is recommended to properly look after a puppy.I would not recommend this vets even though this is very minor but if you miss the basics what else could go wrong.

Excellent service.My elderly Greyhound needed dental work done, and Greyhounds can be at increased risk with anaesthesia.Kevin has an excellent understanding of the breed, and I could feel confident following his assessment that this was the way to proceed.I can only express my gratitude for the understanding and professionalism demonstrated by all the teamMy boy has gone on to make a good recovery. I don't recommend Parley Cross Veterinary Centre anymore at all. The customer care and empathy has diminished into nothing. As a family we have had over 11 dogs be under their care. Gabby and Hannah were always polite, now you can hear the sound of eyes rolling when reception pick up the phone. During an operation, Kevin would always call during to discuss what was found, what he thinks is best to do and allowed the owner to make the decision about what happened with their animal. Today, the owner was not consulted and left with a £800+ bill. Extortion comes to mind - because, of course, they know you'll pay the bill as it's your pet. I highly recommend Natterjacks - everything is available to book online, everything is above board and they still do direct claims without using GDPR" as an excuse."
