Maddie & Mark's

This is the only baby shoe shop I have ever been with my 16 month old son. We went there 3 times, first time got his first pre-walker shoes, second time we were told he was not ready for new shoes and third time we got his first winter boots. First class service every time, really impressed they put child’s best interest first before sales. Last time my son was crying when he entered the shop cos of stranger anxiety, but he was put at ease and calmed first (the toys there helped) before doing the measurements and trying on new shoes which made the whole experience enjoyable. Also going there at week day helped as it’s much quieter then.

I had an appointment this morning for my 2 year old son and it reminded me of what a great shop they are. The person who served us was so lovely, and fantastic with my son - she really knew how to interact with children. She was excellent at doing the fittings, etc, and seemed so knowledgable. I live in trinity so it’s a bit of a trek up to the shop, but it’s so worth it in my opinion.

Excellent shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. We visited yesterday for a pair of winter boots for our two year old daughter and left with two, the selection was so good!

Had the pleasure of going to get two of my kids fitted for shoes here yesterday. Michelle was brilliant with them and had a wide range of choice for both. So great to have the service of feet measured and shoes properly fitted and checked by someone with knowledge and experience. Everyone in the shop always is so friendly and helpful, couldn’t recommend this shoe shop more!

Amazing service, Jenn had sent me some images of stock so I could then make an appointment knowing there was options for my daughter. Kate made the experience so pleasant and comfortable which I think is especially important in these current strange times when children are not frequently visiting shops. So this made my daughter feel at such ease and we bought a fantastic pair of boots and they even had the welly socks I have been searching for when I asked on the off chance.What a fantastic team and I will certainly be buying all future shoes for my children from Maddie and Marks.

Always a good choice of high quality shoes (and some other useful stuff) for kids. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Lovely to have such a shop in the neighborhood!

Another great experience at Maddie & Marks with the kids (aged 2 and 5). Everyone (including me!) happily kitted out with what they needed - trainers, school shoes, new shoes and Saltwater sandals in one walk in fitting. We've always had great experiences and been really pleased all the footwear. No sore feet and plenty of growing room. Getting the right fit has saved us expensive and wasteful mistakes. Thanks team!
