Graeme Bowie Designs

Very sadly Graeme did not put in the planning application in July 2022 as he said he had. He took payment and when in January 2023 I asked him to fulfill his contractual obligations, he submitted plans without my name and address on and no scale drawings which meant it sat in validation for months (he is supposed to respond to validation points). I’ve lost nearly a year on my project, which, was primarily to help my disabled daughter. He completed planning applications for clients after me. I’m very hurt by this process as I haven’t done anything wrong. I’ve not been a nightmare client - the design was simple. I’m out of pocket by £1460. That is a lot of money to me and my family.
