Tried to arrange a new lock for our garage. Initially said he can come the next day, said I will order a key and try that first. Didn't work so contacted the day after to arrange a day for him to come and fit a new lock, remote key. No response to texts, rang 5 days later to see if he could give me an exact day and he complained that he's too busy and won't be able to get to us till the end of the week.I replied and said is there any way you can get to us earlier as our washing machine and dryer are in the garage.He was extremely rude and said people want things done immediately. I was extremely polite over text and over the phone and there was no need to be so rude. It was a simple request to get to us quicker that got an angry response.To then be told go somewhere else then" is surprising from a business with such good reviews on google and who I have dealt with in the past with no problems.I'm sure most of the time (as it has been in the past) he is fine but in this case

I had a problem with my garage door on Sunday. 6.2.22. Monday morning I phoned West Wales Garage Doors and spoke to Robert. He said he'd get back to me in the afternoon. I got a phone call but I wasn't at home at that time. Robert waited till I returned. Sorted my garage door out, no problem. A very pleasant polite guy. Very professional with his work and I wouldn't give him 5 stars, I'd give him 6. Good job.

Narberth.Two brief telephone calls with Robert to diagnose the problem resulted in a very professional and efficient response. A new garage up and over door ‘motor’ fitted within days (to my convenience) of the telephone call and installed within an hour. Robert returned in the evening to check all was working well. Highly recommended. Go on support local people you won’t be disappointed!

I phoned them as I had a problem with my garage door cables. they were able to fit me in the same day. they came out, and replaced both cables surprisingly quick. the door is now operable. am well pleased with the job, and the service I had, staff are very friendly and helpful. highly recommend
